Introduction: My teaching style is based on creating a patient and creative environment where you’re comfortable taking chances and learning from mistakes. Luckily in music it’s what you do after a mistake that matters. I also build on what you already know and pointing out what you're doing right. I try to incorporate the music you want to learn in lessons as much as possible. Most importantly I teach you how to practice so that you get the most out of your guitar when you're not in your lesson.  I have 2 ebooks on online called “Guitar Mechanics I and II”. The books compliment lessons so our time is spent showing you how to play and with us playing together. The books have tab with rhythm, chord/scale diagrams and a written description of each topic. They also show you how music fits together and give you a solid foundation to build on with musical concepts you can use. I really like helping to make guitar playing easier and more enjoyable for my students.
