- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I go and look at the job in person first and I talk to my customer to see what exactly they want done. And if they want I give them my advice and tips. And with that I give a quote. Sometimes on the spot or if the job is not that simple you will have a text or email sent with quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-sit down and go over what they want - explain any details - go over materials and tools need if need be - when starting the job we will prep first and make sure its safe to work - in the middle of the job we will ask customer if they have any concerns or changes before finishing - once finished we will walk through with customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
training i have is that i worked with many professionals and learned over the many years i have been doing different jobs.
