I have already hired Virgil to come back regularly to do lawn maintenance for me. Price was excellent. He answered lots of questions for me and I am going to hire him to do some other things here and there (haul away some things, install a dishwasher, and till a flower bed for me). I am so glad to have someone I trust to these things for me. Thanks!!!
Doug and his wife pretty much did my whole house. Every room in my house was done by Doug. From painting, to floors, electric work, plumbing, and also a lot of beautiful outside work including my deck. I couldn't be more happier with my new house and the price you can't beat.
We had our house built a year ago by Premier Construction. We had several issues with the quality of workmanship. One problem was with the laminate flooring not being layout flat because of the concrete not being level. After overy a year of trying to have it repaired warranty had expired. I then hired Mr Rudin Cortez to repair the floor. I can't say enough good about him. He's punctual, considerate, thorough and will work with you.
Ben replied to my request right away and came to my home to see what he had to do. The price was what he estimated on line and that was satisfactory with me so we set up the day he would do the job. He was there on time and went right to work. He did such a nice job and was so professional and pleasant. The stair rail he installed in my stairwell was so beautiful and looked just right in my 150 year old home. I would highly recommend Ben, and I have hired him to do several more improvement projects on my house.
Pressure washed and Painted entire house and repaired rotted soffits. Cleaned second floor gutter and installed leaf guard. I was very pleased and impressed by David Hudson and his two excellent workers. They did an excellent job. The
Kurtis has been a pleasure to work with. He has a GREAT attitude and comes with a persona that will make you laugh. He replaced the gas on/off valve behind my gas stove, installed the stove and then came back to install my new dishwasher. I 100% recommend him to do your jobs. Not only will he do the job right, he will guarantee his craftsmanship. He is state certified, so you can depend on him to help you with plumbing & electrical needs as well as HVAC and floor cleaning. I'm going to have him back out to reconfigure the water line under my house for the ice maker, and probably a few other things.
Jeremy Rosier from NamasierDesigns performed outstanding installation of my hardwood flooring. His suggestions on leveling and other materials needed to make the project move forward was very appreciated. I will contact Mr Rosier for other work and will also recommend him to others
I am a young professional who is in a wheelchair. I bought a single story foreclosed 1,600 sq. ft. house in midtown and contracted with Jill and David Ellis to remodel it and make it handicap accessible. They leveled an uneven cement floor, installed a new Mahogany wooden floor throughout the house, installed new appliances, and remodeled the master bathroom out of marble. Jill set it up so that I can roll myself into my shower stall and take a full shower while remaining in my wheelchair the entire time. I wanted my backyard fenced for security and instead of buying the preassemble thin board units they used pressured treated decking boards and built a custom fence that looks great and you can not easily scale it. They even attached carpet strips across the inside of the top so that if someone did try to climb over it their hands would be cutup by the carpet tacks embedded in those strips. Instead of just installing a new front door with the standard short screws that the prefab unites come with, they removed the those short screws and replaced them with 3 inch long screws so that the hinges were secured to into the actual frame of the house. The lock hardware was removed and they installed a 3-foot strip with correct cutouts for the door to latch and the deadbolt to sink into. This 3 strip they too secured into the frame of the house again with 3-inch screws. The install was tested a few weeks later as I came home one night to find that someone had attempted to kick in the door. They put some effort into but the door did not fail. The police had to use a Jaws of Life rig to pry open the damaged door. I contacted them the day after this happened and they came and immediately installed me a new door. Clearly I think highly of their work. Great Job Jill and Dave!
