I have had a few trainers, but none of them has been as good as jerome. His military leadership experience and his educational background is impeccable. He pushes his clients to their max potential. And the best pet is he comes to your home, no dealing with traffic, or worrying about other people watching you at the gym. You actually get that pine on one training. And his prices are reasonable. I used B for personal training for about 18 months while we were stationed in the UK. B is the best trainer I've ever worked with. He's very knowledgeable and committed to fitness and success with clients. He took into account my body type and goals and tailored my workouts to match. B has an awesome personality and sense of humor, making workouts fun and enjoyable. But he kicked my butt every single session. I learned more about proper form and workouts from B than I have anyone else and I use the things he taught me on a daily basis. I wish he was still training me!!! I haven't found anyone like him.
Felicia was able to show me and explain the proper way of using the equipment during my session. She would ask if I was in okay and would push me within my comfort zone my first session with her. I had a training session with Yvonne in the beginning of May. Although, recently Yvonne had a surgery due to a broken leg, she was still very enthusiastic and well prepared. She considered my requests regarding the areas that I would want to improve and made a personal workout plan for me to tone up the arms and core. Yvonne designed a high intensity workout. She has explained in detail how to perform each exercise . During my training I have used the TRX Suspension Trainer, a medicine ball and a jumping rope, which made the workout interesting and unusual at the same time. I liked Yvonnes approach and how much thought she puts into creation of a workout and making it highly effective. I would definitely recommend her to my friends as she will make the best plan for you and can also consult you on a nutrition.
