Conchetta and her team did a great job! She was there to help my wife and I every step of the way leading up to our wedding. She was always very communicative which helped a lot especially as the date drew year. She made sure to handle so many details which really helped take a lot of stress off of my wife and I. Her staff was also great! They made our venue very pretty and were also extremely friendly to our guests. I even received feedback from one of my guests complementing how friendly the staff was. We are very pleased with Conchetta and even consider her a friend. But this is not difficult because she is a really cool person. We planned our wedding 60 days in advance and the most crucial vendor for our event was the caterer. Nina from TCC Catering was extremely professional and very helpful in that she listened to our desires and really came through as more than a caterer. We had a small event of 30 ppl at our house and wanted to focus on very high quality. We also needed so much more than catering. TCC Catering became a one stop shop for event planning for us. We were able to source the majority of our decorations from tables/chairs/center pieces to lighting, tree lanterns, stationary, ceremony backdrop / floral arch & even the dance floor rental!! They showed up a day prior with all equipment and day of to do all the decorating which all looked amazing. The food service and quality (paella cooked on site) and bar service was amazing! Ceremony and reception was at our house so required moving of chairs from ceremony to reception area with set up and resetting in very short time frames through the night to accommodate the events. Excellent coordination with our other vendors, DJ, photographer, etc. All in all, amazing service, quality, and very fair price.See more

Events by Nashe was absolutely perfect! There is nothing I would change about working with her. There were things I forgot that she remembered or things I never mentioned that she already had just in case. From weekly phone meetings to make sure we were on the same page to regular cold feet chats to calm me down. Many times we would be on the phone and my husband couldn't tell if it was a business call or chatting with a friend. Nashe never made me feel like my ideas were crazy and always kept my mind on track without wondering off and confusing myself. On the day of the event, I walked in and was in complete awe as to how beautifully she made my dream wedding come to life. Never once did my family complain about her work ethic or behavior.   • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
  • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.

For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Do I need a wedding day coordinator?
