Mr Mullins was a pleasure to work with! I reached out because my laptop keep crashing and I was afraid all my information was lost! He was patient over the phone as I explained (in a panic) that my laptop would not load windows. Turns out the problem was a failing hard-drive, not only was he able to install a new Solid State drive (faster and more reliable as he explained no moving parts) but he was able to recover all my pictures, work documents and bookmarks off my old drive before it finally bit the dust. Would use again.

I dropped an external segate hard drive and could not get Windows to "See" the drive. Josh suggested I may have only broken that case, he removed the hard drive attached it to a USB adapter and was able to copy all my files over to my computer. Thanks again Josh!

I am always fair and reasonable. I prefer to quote based on the Job rather than an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in maintaining a long term customer relationship. If your a new customer I guarantee to take the time to listen to your problem, wants and needs. If I feel that I'm not the right resource for your project I am more than happy to refer the customer to the right resource to fulfill there needs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in Computer Science. Backed by over 20 years of experience I also hold many Industry Certifications. Some include CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network + CompTIA Security + VMware Certified Professional Cisco Certified Network Associate AWS Cloud foundation Microsoft Certified Engineer And many more.
