I'm so glad that I read the reviews and did my homework when choosing a trainer... I have had trainers in the past.. but Doc is as advertised...he is not like the trainers I received quotes from that train you out of there cars or other people's gyms..he has a huge gym that he owns with world class equipment.. very clean and is a personal training gym only and not open to the public for gym membership.. I like the personal touch..our 1st workout he kept correcting me on my form that my other trainers was showing me wrong.. I see why I stayed injured.. I finally felt the body part I was working and not my back...he worked with my budget and I say to anyone out there that is looking for a trainer.. read the reviews.... visit all whom is quoting as I feel I have wasted 5 years of training with other trainers..I look forward to this lifestyle change and will tell all my family and friends about Doc ..:-)

Midcity Fitness is great! -The gym is right off of 75/85 with convenient visitor parking -David has all the tools and gear to keep the exercises new, interesting, and effective -He closely monitors your form while providing encouragement -Flexible with scheduling, he never makes me feel like he's in a rush to get me out of there. He doesn't watch the clock like some trainers and sometimes the sessions even run later when he wants to make sure you're making progress or understanding a move -Increases the intensity and variety of each session -Emphasis on body alignment to prevent injuries -Helps your achieve your goals while working to repair painful injury prone areas -Extremely knowledgeable - he can tell from your posture, gait, and structure what areas to focus on -Pool training + yoga makes you feel fantastic! -Amazing price point, our initial consultation was complimentary at the time which helped me get a feel for his style ;) Though I've been moderately active (biking, walking, a little bit of running under 30 min), I had NEVER worked out. With his guidance I'm now getting stronger with a correctly aligned form each time I go. I’ve been working with Bakar and he has been absolutely incredible. I travel for work and it was hard for to find a trainer who would tailor to my ever changing schedule and provide me what I needed when I was away, but he has done just that and more. Since training with him my workouts have gotten to a level I was never able to manage before. I’m looking and feeling better with less frequent workouts than what I was originally doing on my own. Every session leaves me more and more motivated. Whatever your goals are I highly recommend letting Bakar help you reach them!
Working with Kevin is a real treat, he keeps you motivated to reach that next level but stays focused on what is accessible. Kevin is so creative about ensuring a diversified workout which gets me pumped and excited about what is next so I am usually not even focused on the timer. That's very new for me, I have been trying to work out on my own, even created my own workout schedule, but never was able to stick to it and there is something quite different about trusting that there is a professional able to offer the right guidance to get you to where you want to be. I have been swamping Kevin with questions from fitness, to nutrition and exercise equipment and he has been very helpful in advising and explaining the "why, what and which" of the health and fitness world, an arena I can't wait to discover more about. Who wishes Chris Powell from Extreme Weight Loss would show up on their doorstep but without the television cameras? Well, I met Jeff Chaffee from Train at Home Atlanta at the Alive Expo and he comes pretty close. Jeff doesnt move in for any length of time. But he does provide support when I need it the most. We came to an agreement to exchange training sessions for promotion, and what a great experience that has been. The first time I met Jeff at my home, we discussed my goals (lose all of the extra weight), my eating habits, and my concerns dealing with the weight. After Jeff, got a clear understanding of what my goals were, we (meaning I) was off and exercising. Jeff is a little different in that he doesnt wear gym clothes. So he is not going down and dirty with you but, instead helps you work through it and then you get to learn the correct postures and forms quicker. Jeff is a former Marine, with 8 years of personal training experience. In addition he belongs to American Council for Exercise, and is certified by the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, Jeff is also certified from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and has 3 years of Hypnotherapy Experience. Jeff is unique in the aspect that he comes to your home, office, or wherever you schedule him to be for a week. Then the following week, he Skype's with you (which is half price). You just need a webcam. Jeff helps you design a schedule that works best for you. Jeff explains this too helps begin to take on the exercise, nutrition, and new ways thinking as a lifestyle. Then it becomes more about you and your life and less about him. Since school ended this past week (yeah), he is experiencing my children. My 9 year old daughter wants you to know he is nice, cute, and funny. He also takes time to address them and other people in my life, because he understands they are important and a big factor in my overall movement. On a given day, Jeff will have me do step ups, squats, pushups, and weights. He also monitors and prescribes activity in between sessions. Before each session, he will ask how your food intake, and exercise was from the last meeting. He also texted me after me after my 5k. He wanted to check in on how I felt. Also after each session, a day or two later, he texts to see how you are feeling physically and emotionally. The good news is that Jeff feels that I have my eating under control. I am feeling very motivated and am looking forward to getting these last 40-50 pounds off me! Jeshua is awesome! My husband and I have been training with him 6 months now. He is great at motivating and pushing us just the right amount, without yelling like a drill sergeant! He is able to read us and know when to give us more weight as we get stronger. Jeshua uses a variety of exercises so it never gets boring. I would highly recommend Jeshua for your training needs!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had, not only in terms of training but also in knowledge. Jerome is a very experienced, brilliant, and kind man and father who has a military background and have helped so many people through competing and training. He can tailor workouts to any goal you have, and he is very knowledgable in everything from corrective exercises to sports science. It was very enjoyable just talking to him and getting to know each other, and I definitely look forward to meeting with him again!

In the 6 weeks I have trained with Kate Middleton, I have lost 8 lbs and 7" overall! She is a great personal trainer because she has been there herself and knows what the struggle is all about. At our workout sessions, she always reviews what the workout will be that day before we get started and she works right along with me most of the time. Katie is also very good about watching and correcting my form to prevent injuries. She monitors my food diary through MFP making suggestions as needed. And always follows up the next day to see how I'm feeling. Kate Middleton is very passionate about fitness and her clients reaching their goals! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a PT.... I went through strength and conditioning training with FitU and received a nutritional meal plan. I set a goal and have already achieved my first milestone! I'm stronger, leaner and eating clean!
I've been training with Crystal for 8 weeks now and also signed up to get a meal plan from her. It has been a great experience. I've lost several pounds and inches and my overall health has improved. I love that she offers a nutritionist approved meal plan. The meal plan is user-friendly, improved my results and helped get my family on track with healthy eating. Our training sessions are tough but doable and Crystal is great at motivating and pushing me to do my best. I have been working with Damon for almost 4 months now, and he is the best personal trainer that I have ever worked with. He knows exactly what to do, and what not to do according my body's functionality. I've had some issues with my knees and thighs for over a decade now, and since I've been working with Damon I can walk stairs again comfortably. He is a considerate and thoughtful trainer. He checks on me to make sure that I'm functioning well after training. I've had therapists and personal trainers in the past who don't even act like they know what they were doing and not engaging at all. I had no idea what they would be doing and how to maintain after hour treatment. With Damon, you are fully aware of what is going on, and what is needed to keep up the physical state and well-being. This is my fourth package that we are on, and I will continue to work with Damon until I can no longer work with him anymore. I would give him 100 Stars if I could! I highly recommend!
Matt is the best trainer I have ever had. I have used several trainers over the years and watched other trainers, including some my wife used and Matt is the best I have used and seen. He really stays abreast of the latest trends in fitness and diet and is very good helping his clients achieve their fitness and health goals. He has a diverse set of clients and I have been impressed how he adjusts the workouts to fit the particular person. He also practices what he preaches, unlike some trainers. He participates in some classes including some Seal training, does a lot of research and then adapts it to fit his particular trainee. He always has a training session that has a lot of variety and works a lot of different muscle groups and also gets in the aerobic training. He does an outstanding job!
