I just purchased my second home and my agent gave me safelocks number and said they were good, I would usually do my research online before hiring anyone, but I went ahead and trusted my agent and called Safe lock, and they were amazing, I can not believe how smoothly the process went. For starters, they were extremely polite, and they worked with my schedule so I could be present for the inspection, not only did they go over what they found with me they also took the time to explain everything to me, you could easily tell they take pride in their work. When they emailed me the report, I was expecting a couple pages with a long list of some sort,(our previous inspectors report was a 4 page list of "check boxes" that said "pass" or "fail"), I was shocked how wrong I was, our report was 76 pages(!) and had every single issue separated, with descriptions, causes, repairs, and pictures that point it out, and they also did a thermal scan, which I had never heard of, and they found roof leak that the owner was apparently trying to hide, and we were able to get the owner to pay for the roof replacement(!). Honestly You don't see many businesses go above and beyond like this anymore and it should be recognized, I am extremely glad I got connected with them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspection. -Peter

They were so polite and helpful! Very thorough, and extremely informative, we were in a snafu with due dillegence and they were able to get everything done and send us the report later that evening. We also had no idea what the thermal scan was, and John took us around the house and explained how it works and what it looks for, it was great to get the hands on look at everything and get all our questions answered. They were about $15 more expensive than the other two companies who quoted me, and well worth it? I had asked for a sample of what there reports look like before hiring anyone(I highly recommend doing this). SafeLocks sample was 80 something pages with pictures, explanations, causes, recommendations, and pictures of the thermal scanning. The other companie's sample consisted of a two page list, each line looked to be an item per line with two check boxes that said PASS or FAIL next to it. No explanation of what was wrong, no description , no pictures, and the different companies sent me the SAME EXACT Sample report. I will definitely hire again with the next home I buy

The technical was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided a very quick summary with pictures of each area and a detailed explanation. I would hire them again for sure.
