He then went the extra mile to work with my roofer that was being installed at the same time to ensure that I did not double pay, and make sure that the correct materials were used to keep the pests out. I feel confident that he will abide by the terms of his agreement which requires that he come back out to check the traps and ensure that his fix works. Diane P. says, "I had a roadkill smell underneath my kitchen island. I called Matt and we discussed the situation. He said he was booked on Monday but he would be out on Tuesday. Unfortunately, Tuesday I got very very sick. But he wrote me and he said he cleared his calendar for me and would be out the next day. When he arrived, he analyzed the situation and came up with a plan. The nest that was in my downdraft vent was way up high. He would have to cut a hole in the ceiling basement utility room to get to the critters.. it was a mama squirrel and a baby squirrel still alive along with two dead squirrels. It took him awhile but he accomplished the job. We agreed he’d come back the next day to sanitize and close up the vent. I gladly paid him what I owed him.. Very nice man, very solution orientated. His plan worked, and the roadkill is gone.. I would definitely use him again. He was excellent!"See more

Karen M. says, "After hearing noises in my attic, I contacted my pest control company who stuck their heads into the attic entrance and declared "You have mice and they must be destroyed!" A little wad of wire mesh, bait in my attic with glue boards, and I was told "We'll be back in a month." ??? I argued, they shrugged. I contacted Edge Wildlife Removal and the difference was night and day. Cody immediately came out, inspected every inch of my house (unlike my pest control tech), removed the bait and glue boards so I wouldn't have dead animals stinking up the house, explained the bait would actually *attract* more mice, found scant evidence of mice (although did find several snake skins), and then found every possible entrance a mouse, rodent, snake, bat etc could use and fixed it appropriately. He even called the next day to make sure a concrete barrier had dried properly. Yes, concrete. Not just a wad of steel wool. IOW, if you have a furry or scale covered pest issue, your insect control company is not the answer (even tho they advertise it). Edge stays with the job until all are gone, will clean up the mess and prevent them from returning with no yearly contract. Highly recommend."See more
