- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It mainly depends on the size of the project. Usually the type of tile will not affect labor pricing unless it is something very rare.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to see the area where work will be performed, preferably in person but pictures may be enough. Then, understand their ideas and start to plan from there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working with my father since high school.
