Service was so ridiculously quick & thorough that I was suspicious at first. Justin had quickly responded to my request on a holiday weekend & had called me directly after business hours! The turnaround was amazingly quick on my legal document needs. His insight and strategics have empowered me to take his advice & documents to court & represent myself without feeling anxious or overwhelmed. He is a great person to have in your corner whether it is for little things or one humdinger of a high conflict divorce (like mine). He has been the antithesis of the typical attorney. His service has been really really great. I couldn't recommend him enough.
Marlys is a wonderful attorney. She was very interested on helping me with my divorce case. She understood my budget and helped me with what I needed to have done.
While I have not yet moved forward with a divorce, I felt like Alyson was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and safety. She was very responsive after I left her my contact information on Thumbtack and called me within a very short period of time. She did not pressure me to move forward when I told her that I was going to hold off because my husband had agreed to counseling. She told me that I could contact her any time if I chose to move ahead with a divorce. Alyson also patiently answered my questions about finances and a few other legal issues and I felt like she was very knowledgeable. I will definitely call her if/when I decide to divorce my husband.
I needed to filw for divorce with a sense of urgency. Caitlin was extremely professionaland matched my urgency. She followed up, answered all emails/phone calls and completed my filing within 1 week. Even though the time frame was quick, she didn't miss any details. She was great! I highly recommend her.
Mrs. Johnson did an outstanding job with my divorce. She proved to be a great listener, showed compassion for my case. She represented my divorce with dignacy and grace. She knows when to fight and when to sit still. I highly recommend MY lawyer and new found friends at Danielle Johnson and Associates.
Considering the precarious situation I found myself in it was an absolute relief and a blessing to have Attorney Forrest Morad work on my divorce case. I was very impressed with how easy and fast he handled my case, and how he made sure I read through each motion that required my signature: Very intelligent and enormously receptive and kind individual. His exceptional communication skills and excellent quality of work are ample evidence of his many years of experience. He certainly knows his stuff !
Your priorities and needs are unique. Since I have "been through" the divorce process hundreds of times, I help spouses generate ideas, options and solutions that will work for them. This problem solving often includes setting a time-table of when different things will occur - something that promotes more certainty in an uncertain time - as a family transitions from one unit into two units. I also work with unmarried parents and LGBT couples. For divorcing or unmarried parents, discussions often involve far more than the bare minimum of child support and visitation. The logistics of parenting are far more complex and many predictable issues can be addressed before they arise - the logistics of communication plans, social media concerns, travel, driving privileges, first jobs, dating and college are common issues that many parents discuss in mediation. These are topics that a court will not bring up and ones that can create needless dissension in the future. In short, as a parent of three and a former school teacher, I keep parties focused on the future and solutions in a place where they can "have a moment" but still keep moving forward to a place where they will have far more control over the outcome.
Mr. Ogle helped me with a dispute with my HOA. He helped make a very awkward situation much more manageable.

We assist parties to a divorce to resolve their dispute without the need to litigate in open court. Mediation is a confidential negotiation process whereby a mediator acts as a neutral, enabling the parties to identify needs and explore a range of solution to resolve their dispute. The important part about mediation is that the parties retain control over the resolution. Mediation can be useful when emotional issues are involve, like in a divorce.
