Dustin is the REAL deal. He is a Ex-Marine so he comes with the military discipline. He is excellent for all different types of exercises and goals. I enjoy doing crossfit with him along with HR monitor based training. He listens to your needs and tailor the program accordingly. If you want to see results then you NEED to hire him.
A very logical approach to fitness. Tested me for max weight I could lift on various machines. Performed a formula and set a weight to start out lifting. As time progressed I felt better. Started a cardio program everyday lifted every otherday. He adjusted weight, when I obtained that goal, I was tested again. What a significant difference. Looked at my food plan and recommended reducing sugar. Trimmed off 26 pounds without even putting weight control at the center of my program. This program works! is fun and now, I am a regular at the fitness facility. Robert went above and beyond when he counseled me and showed me I can be a gym rat at my own pace without pain. The secret is not to quit! Just do as much as you can without being injured is what I am told. Sure I get tired, especially at the third set and the routine is a routine, but I can lift more now thatn ever in my life. I feel good! I get attention from others as they have seen me grow in the gym. When I told Robert that I needed to go out of town, he called to remind me the routine can be done at any facility, and just do what we agreed to do and not to stop. Even though he is built, he understands your goal and guides you to it. The quality of his work is grand. He is never too busy to help me. I would like Robert to be in the gym everyday the same time I am there. There is just something about his approach that gives you confidence in your work out and results. Robert can do better by being in a gym 24/7 so that others can turn on and become a gym rat too. Keep up the good work Robert! I am proud to be a gym rat!
Lee is such an awesome and well knowledgable trainer. He motivates me to do my best and pushes me past my comfort zone. I love that my workouts are challenging yet different each time I workout. I really feel like I get a full body workout and leave feeling very accomplished! I have been training with Lee almost 1 month and people are already noticing that I am trimming down. I would recommend Lee to anyone that is looking for an awesome trainer.
My first yoga experience was under Marilyn's instruction. I was very fortunate to find the BEST instructor for my introduction because I now consider yoga a lifelong practice. Marilyn is very knowledgeable with overall health and well-being and she looks the part. She is able to adapt to all skill levels and will make sure everyone is doing the correct poses without making anyone feel self-conscious. She is very patient and personable and inspires confidence. It has been my pleasure working with her and I would HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone.
Ramsey Bear is an awesome trainer! Though my workouts are intense and ever changing for my particular needs, he always stays encouraging and motivates me to do my best. He has a genuine concern and passion about fostering the best quality of health for you. I'm not an active person and I felt that I would be judged or made to feel bad but Ramsey did the total opposite. He has me on a workout schedule that fits my lifestyle and even helped me with dietary and nutritional guidance. For the first time ever in my life, I truly look forward to working out!!! I trained with Joel for 1 year. We trained leading up to my wedding. He helped me with my goals to feel toned and confident on my big day! He is an awesome trainer and coach. I was always impressed with his preparation for our sessions. His work outs were challenging and fun. He pushed me in areas I wouldn't have worked on my own. He gives you his full attention during your session and is great at checking in with you in between to see how your body is feeling and adjusting to the workouts. He was a joy to work with and I am sad I can't work with him since moving states. If you are thinking about personal training Joel is your guy!
Working out with Khandy was a great experience & change of pace from my regular weight training routine. We worked out around the neighborhood which was convenient & challenging due to the hills. She introduced me to aerobic & plyometric training that had my muscles sore that I thought was fairly strong from years of working out & sports training. Her encouragement was well accepted because it wasn't forceful but direct which allowed me to continue & push myself at times when I wanted to quit. The Workout was for about an hour that went pretty quick. All in all it was a great workout & experience & I will definitely continue.
Aaron has been excellent to work with. The workouts are great for me and never boring. He has a large variety of accessories to accomplish a full variety of excercises for a wide range of fitness levels. I highly recommend him. It is great to have that added component of accountability to your exercise program.
Since February of 2016, Stephen has helped me build my stamina, lose inches in key areas, and increase muscle tone. His workouts never get boring and offer versatility such as boxing, circuit training, weights, cardio and plyometric exercises. He is very knowledgeable in how the overall training impacts different parts of the body and I saw results within the first 4 weeks! He has pushed me outside of my limits to do things that I did not realize that I could do and has made me more confident in navigating equipment in the gym when working out on my own.
