    MMI responded very quickly to my message, and were able to come next day to clean my dryer vent. Exterior vent was difficult to access (at ~3rd story of townhome), but techs were able to reach it and clean the dryer duct from the exterior. We're all clear now!

      I had not had the ducts cleaned in at least 10 yrs or so I thought until MMI Improvements came and showed what real duct cleaning entailed. Their work showed my ducts had never been cleaned properly....Ever! The home was built in 80 and I’be owned since 2000. Cleaning was thorough, it was treated for mold, they replaced some vents which were higher quality than found at Home Depot. The also worked under very poor conditions with no complaints (young ppl with pets). I wasn’t expecting mold treatment so costs were higher than expected, but so worth it. They deserved a nice sizable tip, but again I went over therefore I’m more than happy to write a review. Victor and his crew were amazing! I highly recommend this company. Enough from me...let the pictures say the rest. Great Job! I’m so thankful I chose you. I pray your business continues to flourish. I will definitely be back!
