Rita is wonderful! We are already on our second 90 minute lesson and in two sessions we've learned MORE than eight hour lessons in a typical dance studio that we initially tried.

Natasha Maughan taught my son when he was 2 years old. every Saturday he looked forward to her dance lessons. he jumped for the first time in her class and every time we drive near where the dance studio is, he remembers, points to it and comments that he use to dance there with 'Aunty Tasha'. He was 8 last birthday and still remembers his amazing dance teacher.

About

There’s too much fun to be had on the dance floor for anyone to say “I can’t dance.” We teach dance – and we know that anyone can learn, with a little effort and practice (which is why we have terrific practice parties!). Our Marietta dance studio is proud to offer the best quality of dance instruction in: – Wedding Dance Lessons – Popular Social and Nightclub dance favorites such as Salsa, Merengue, Hustle, and Swing – Ballroom Dancing Lessons such as the Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, and more! – Latin-American Dance Lessons like Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, and Jive Our certified trained professionals give you the specialized and personalized attention necessary to look and feel great on the dance floor, while developing the ability to lead or follow any partner. This is where we perfect and polish your dancing while moving at your own pace. Dancing and dance lessons are great not only for the body, but for the mind. Whether you you’ve danced before, or think you have “two left feet”, our fast and easy 3-way system of teaching makes sure that you can “walk in and dance out” today! Dancing isn’t just about the steps and music. It’s a perfect combination of physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation. Dancing enhances your life in so many ways: Health, Confidence, Self-Expression, Social, Relaxation, and Fun. Health: When you dance, your cardiovascular system improves, your muscle tone increases and you burn calories. This low-impact aerobic activity also increases flexibility, strength, and balance. Olympic athletes often dance as part of their training to sharpen their control, agility, and speed. Dancing is great exercise, and our studios offer a pleasant, fun atmosphere in which to learn. Confidence: Dancers possess an aura of self-confidence and an ability to enjoy themselves more in social situations. When you learn how to dance, your entire mental outlook will take on a fresh sense of creativity, motivation, and energy. This new self-confidence in your dancing abilities will transfer to other aspects of your life as well. Self-Expression: Dance provides an emotional outlet so that you can express your feelings through your body movements with passion and flair. Dancing will bring out, improve upon, and strengthen your ability to permanently use these expressive qualities even when you are not dancing. Social: Dancing lessons are an easy, low-pressure way to meet people. Fred Astaire Franchised Dance Studios provide weekly practice dance parties, nights out on the town, and regional and national competitions, as well as fun trips to many different locations. Our lessons are the perfect way for couples to rediscover romance by dancing your way to love! Relaxation: In today’s fast-paced world, we sometimes forget to take a moment for ourselves. Dancing provides an enjoyable escape from your normal daily routine, plus a chance to relax, relieve stress, and concentrate on yourself. Fun: Dancing is a great way to add excitement to your life. Although learning to dance takes concentration and dedication, you will be constantly surrounded by artistic, cheerful people who make learning a pleasurable and rewarding experience. So join us and have some fun!

This instructor is nothing but lovely. She is professional and yet leaves space to have fun and makes the whole experience enjoyable. She pays attention to what your goals are so that you can get the most out of her instruction. She brings such a positive energy every time I have had a lesson with her. I've had other instructors but none compare. I highly recommend her. You will not regret it!

My son and I had a private dance lesson today with Kristy to help us prepare for our Mother-Son dance at his upcoming wedding - it was fabulous!! We were pretty awkward at first, but Kristy quickly put us at ease and by the end we were doing all kinds of turns! It was so much fun and really helped us - Kristy was well prepared with our song and had some great idea - we are both so glad we went!!
