They came out every 4 months to fix a reoccurring issue of a clogged toilet, slow drain, smell, and sewage seeping into my master shower. Finally after the 3rd visit, I decided to use Thumback to find my own plumber to obtain findings as I wasnt getting anything completely addressed with the warranty plumbers. I connected with Tommy from ET Plumbing and am so happy I did! He reached out immediately with his expertise, explanations, fair pricing (with finance options), and got me on the schedule quickly. He was communicative and helpful along the way. Tommy discovered the problem right away and provided me support of a 15 min. video, multiple photos, and an invoice explaining the findings. We had started this EV install journey with the recommended contractors from Acura. However, their responsiveness was too slow for us and too many steps in their process. Not to mention, their pricing was not in the area we needed it to be for a 240v install. Eli’s pricing was in the ballpark; actually a little less than $1500 to install our 240v outlet, and this is taking into account that he had to run wiring from one end of our home to the garage area, which is the other end of our home. Would highly recommend this person!!!"See more

I had a challenging project under the deck and crawlspace. It turned out to be even more complicated than we initially thought, but he showed up with 3 other workers and they solved it without charging any additional labor. They earned my trust, and I'd happily use them again.

They gave a good price and i decided to go with them on the spot. As they said they could do it that day. The work looks good, however my concern was with the cost being all labor and then materials cost low. Which made me concern about materials. I do not want best quality with high price and not the lowest price and bad quality either when it comes to materials used to replace the rotted wood. The paint they used said interior paint and it was an exterior job. Which makes me think it needs a good coat of some good external paint. And now it is set to rain. So, when rain stops for a couple of days i will need to paint this wood with some good external paint. Thanks
