Introduction: Growing up in Watertown, NY, Miss Jennifer began piano lessons at the age of 5. She learned to play percussion in her middle and high school, and was involved in choir, musical theater, marching band, orchestra, jazz and symphonic band too! For 8 years, Miss Jennifer has been an assistant teacher in the Fulton County School District working with children with special needs. She has a thriving piano and percussion studio for students aged 3 to adult. Miss Jennifer has volunteers at her daughters’ schools, at Vacation Bible School, and for 5 years as Girl Scout Troop Leader. As a mom of three daughters, now musicians aged 16, 13, and 12, Jennifer always used music to connect with them when they were young, making up silly songs for the ABC’s, math, science and getting chores done together. As a Licensed Kindermusik Educator, Miss Jennifer hopes to share the love and joy of music she has shared with her children, with parents and children of all abilities. Teaching music to others. Watching students develop into great musicians. Seeing the joy that hard work and music can bring.

Jennifer is an absolute delight as a teacher. She came into our home with a positive and professional attitude. She has an optimistic approach to teaching and her love for music simply radiates. My daughter is 7 and did not want to take piano but rather drums. I convinced her to take piano and now she loves it. I think this is due to Jennifer's teaching style. Jennifer has made the entire experience fun and personal for Gabby. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found her!

Jennifer is a great piano instructor! My kids love learning for her because she makes it fun! She is sweet and really knows how to get on each child's level and talk their "language." We are thrilled to have discovered her!

1/2 hour lessons - $150 45 minutes - $180 1 hour - $210
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them about thier expectations with music lessons. I ask them what their goals are ,if any. I explain my teaching method and how the process works for lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am currently enrolled in Kindermusik which is a certification for very young students and also has a continuing education program.
