Train at Home Atlanta delivered. Every session was new and fresh. I did things I never knew I could do like boxing and yoga. The trainers are knowledgeable not only about the workout, but also about the mind-body connection. I learned stress busting strategies, talked about no-nonsense nutrition and was even encouraged to try therapeutic massage as well as a kinesiology program to help me move better. Train at Home Atlanta is the whole package and you'll leave each session feeling like you can accomplish anything.
I've enjoyed several 90 min-Thai Yoga Massages with Rachel!! She is very intuitive and sensitive to her clients needs. She works to bring balance into the body using adjustments and techniques that can help release blocked energy and restore the flow of vital energy. I keep coming back because, I always feel amazing during and after the healing massage. It's a beautiful experience that will allow you to let go, feel peace and rejuvenation!
Working with Carol as a personal Trainer is a great experience. Whether it's yoga or nutriion, her depth of knowledge is quite broad when it comes to getting the body in top shape and in the most efficient manner. In other words you get the most for your money. I have worked with other trainers but Carol is somewhat different in that she has an uncanny ability to really tune in and know just how far to push. Carol is warm and personable and a real joy to work with but if you think that you can get away with anything because of her pleasant disposition...think again. She can be very firm when she needs to be. I have left many a session being angry at her for working me so hard lol but at the end of the day I am better for it. 😁
We are having an exceptional experience with Aerobic Atlanta. We are a day program for adults who have intellectual disabilities and we have a Yoga instructor that comes every other week to our facility. Our Yoga instructor is personable, friendly, timely, and always prepared. He knows everyone by name and is very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoy this service and highly recommend it to others.
