Introduction
I have always pursued being fit most of my life. When I joined the military I realized that I wasn't as fit as I presumed. Basic training breaks you down, and uses the fundamentals preparatory, conditioning and maintenance. Sometimes we need that person to provide positive motivation for us to achieve self goals. Living through the experiences I have endured and pushed my limits which can help others to achieve the same. Knowing I can change some ones life in a healthy positive way because living a healthy and fit life changed mine.
