- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide our customers flat rate pricing on all repair services. This ensures a transparent upfront repair cost regardless of the labor time involved. We do not bill repair service by the hour. Our company also offers discounted pricing to military, first responders and educators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is centered around keeping our customers informed and up to date on the status of their appointment times, required repairs and costs involved and turn around time on ordered parts and warranty processing. We confirm appointment times at the time of initial booking with conformation follow ups the day prior and one hour before your scheduled appointment time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members provide over four decades of combined experience in the HVAC and Home Energy Performance fields. We are a state licensed non-restricted conditioned air company. We hold degrees in HVAC-R from state accredited colleges in addition to manufacture certifications and E.P.A. certifications.
