Chaz is great! He creates a plan based upon your need and increases the difficulty accordingly (even though sometimes you may not like it). He is friendly (yet firm when it comes to the workouts), timely and a great instructor!

My 9 year old son has been working out with Josh from BlazeFit for over 2 months now and it has been a wonderful experience. Josh Walker has done a great job and I can see major improvement in my son's skills and abilities. Each session is well thought out and you can see that Josh really has love for what he does. My son loves the challenging workouts. I have participated in several sessions and I have to agree with him in the toughness of the workouts. What I enjoy the most is the flexibility in his schedule. He has an amazing ability to make himself available in order to fit your schedule. I would definitely recommend Josh as a fitness instructor.
I've been working with Al in a group Tone and Fit class at Workout Anytime in Kennesaw and I must say I have not been this motivated in a long time. Al is a great instructor and motivator and even in a group setting he manages to cater to your individual needs!

Great group fitness classes for all levels.
Apryl is very friendly and outgoing. She focuses on your personal needs and put nutritional plans together to help you achieve those goals. I like that she is very involved and help you through the entire process. I have been a client since March and will continue to be her client. I cancelled my gym membership to be part of her different fitness programs. The gym is welcoming and the atomsphere is really nice. I have recommend her services to several people.
Greg is the type of trainer everyone needs and wants in order to gain muscle, strength, flexibility, and most importantly CONFIDENCE. I look forward to my Hendrix Training workouts because I know they work and I feel great afterwards, both mentally and physically. With all the different trainers and “boutique fitness” workouts in Atlanta, it is often overwhelming in terms of picking which class/method/instructor will help YOU reach and achieve your fitness goals... I was there, I get it. But luckily, I found Hendrix Training. Greg is educated in many different training techniques and has a progressive, functional approach to physical fitness. He will help you reach your goals through tough workouts but will stress the importance of form, taking care of your body, and muscle recovery as well! (Something I feel is important after injuring myself in a group fitness class and was unable to workout for a period of time in order for my body to recover.) I most definitely would recommend Hendrix Training to anyone (any age) looking to improve their overall fitness, health, and wellness!

it has been my pleasure to have Michael Bonetti as my golf fitness instructor for several years-When I first started working out with Michael, I was having lower back pain and flexibility issues-I no longer have any issues with my lower back and have greatly increased my strength while gaining flexibility and greater turn in my golf swing-I highly recommend Michael to anyone who plays golf on a regular basis and is looking to move their game up a level or two-

Matt is the best trainer I have ever had. I have used several trainers over the years and watched other trainers, including some my wife used and Matt is the best I have used and seen. He really stays abreast of the latest trends in fitness and diet and is very good helping his clients achieve their fitness and health goals. He has a diverse set of clients and I have been impressed how he adjusts the workouts to fit the particular person. He also practices what he preaches, unlike some trainers. He participates in some classes including some Seal training, does a lot of research and then adapts it to fit his particular trainee. He always has a training session that has a lot of variety and works a lot of different muscle groups and also gets in the aerobic training. He does an outstanding job!
We are having an exceptional experience with Aerobic Atlanta. We are a day program for adults who have intellectual disabilities and we have a Yoga instructor that comes every other week to our facility. Our Yoga instructor is personable, friendly, timely, and always prepared. He knows everyone by name and is very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoy this service and highly recommend it to others.
