- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing fair and simple. If you have more than one chimney or dryer vent, we do offer a discount. Every home is different. So after we ask a few questions. You will have an estimate of what you will pay before we arrive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Once we understand what you need, we’ll let you know if it’s something we can take care of- If it’s within our scope of expertise. We treat every home like it’s our own and make sure you feel confident from start to finish.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Clients fireplace would not ignite. After troubleshooting, we learned what part was malfunctioning and replaced it. This was done very quickly. The job took a few hours.
