- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A minimum of 4 hours is required per project. 1/2 deposit due to initiate project. Balance is due once project is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Learn what areas of their home or office are stressing them the most. - Knowing what is their typical routine and route when they walk into the house during the week. Prior to decluttering, I like knowing what their daily routine is - coming into and out of the home - along with activities. I review the site, open drawers and cabinets to see what is hiding in there. With permission, I will take photos for determining the best plan for organizing the items. Dependent on their schedule, we can work together or let me come while you are at work or play. On Day 1 of the job, I bring and/or utilize 4 bins labeled 1.REVIEW, 2.KEEP, 3.TRASH, 4.DONATE. My client looks through the REVIEW bin overnight and place items into the appropriate bins to keep it efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
a Web & Graphic Design certification from Kennesaw State University, a Paralegal certification from George Washington University, and 10+ years cumulative experience managing projects. All these skills and expertise account for success on every job - from organizing, designing, managing repairs or moves to understanding what records to keep.
