- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and affordable, and I’m always willing to discuss cost openly and honestly. We offer discounts during certain seasons of the year. Feel free to inquire with me directly regarding discounts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, I worked on odd renovation projects with my grandfather. His passion for working with his hands and helping others rubbed off on me. I got away from construction during my college years, and took a job in corporate America after graduation. It was my father-in-law that got me back into construction, and I realized my passion for it.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently finished building out and renovating a 3,000 sq ft basement in a custom home. This project took 3 months to complete and is extremely unique as the customer designed the basement with lots of custom upgrades. The basement contains a theater, pool room, bar and lounge area, office, foyer, sitting room, a huge walk in closet (size of a bedroom), and bathroom.
