Introduction: I provide personal & small group fitness training that call on the body's dexterity, balance, proprioceptive, coordination and endurance capacity. Training is inspired and often infuse with martial art technique. Sessions are approximately one hour. Your (first) intro session is free! Please call to arrange. I love seeing people realize the muscle groups they were never using and build coordination they've never had.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Use the most scrutinizing eye you have when observing a martial arts instructor. Ask yourself, "Is it really possible to pull this off in a real situation?" Determine if the trainer has had a true athletic/active history. How long and how recent?
