As a business owner with many satisfied clients , there are client that no matter much value you add to their wedding ($450) they are never satisfied. In our defense we did not pick the music, we allowed the customer to choose. They did not specify which version. Also customer requested I remove baby crying repeatedly, not possible without compromising ambient audio. Is this our fault too? This customer received additional hours; Love story at Piedmont Park, Ceremony, Reception and a beautiful crafted highlight video outlining their romance leading up to the wedding day. Lastly, if she was truly unsatisfied with the finished product why not ask for a refund. My point taken.
