FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are $20 per hour. An ideal session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. I don't train to time I train to quality/standards, so if the session should go beyond that hour I wouldn't charge an additional fee. Every session starts with the warm-up, our actual work load and a cool down. My goal is to keep an elevated working heart-rate for at least 30 to 40 minutes of each session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially the client and myself would set a time and place to meet up for our face-to-face. At which time we would discuss goals and medical history. We could decide to do our initial assessment at this time or set a time and place for the evaluation should we decide to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified with the Aerobic Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach and group certified instructor w/special population training.
