Mario an expert builder. He is trustworthy, honest and does the highest quality of work and professionalism. I would hire Mario for any project. He’s done a lot of work for me throughout the years. There’s not a builder I trust more then Mario Samita! If Mario working for you; you’re in great hands! He built my house and we love it!!!!

We contracted Mohekonokono to cut down a wall and reroute the electric as well as patch and refinish a few areas in our wall.
While coming by for the quote he suggested that he could install the countertops and under mount sink as well. Due to his easy nature and total quote of $3500 for labor and ply wood we agreed.
During the job Mario (owner) and his brother did great. They seemed to do everything as needed for the wall and electric.
They had a number of mishaps with the quartz. The did not 45Degree any of the corners, the quartz is simply stacked on top of each other. They chipped the quartz by the sink and left pencil marks and smudges everywhere. Lastly, they did not seal the quartz from where they sanded the corners.
When it came to painting and refinishing the wall, they did not wait between painting and texturing so now some areas or my wall are smooth white and some our textured… it almost looks worse than before.
I would not use this company again unless you have an extremely simple project. Do not let them install countertops and do not pay up front.
I waited over a month to write this review as I know construction work gets busy but I didn’t get as much as a text in over 1 month about the issues listed above.
