- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on packages on the amount of time you want me to work with you one on one. This is the gold package which I recommend. The other packages are silver and bronze and listed on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is setting up a time for an initial consultation at no cost. This can be done in person, phone or video call. This allows me to get to know you and see if it is a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the 4 day certification course from KonMari, Marie Kondo’s company. I then had to complete a minimum of 30 tidying hours and having one client complete a tidying festival. I then had to take a very difficult test after. I was then a Certified KonMari Consultant. Each month I also attend ongoing educational opportunities to strengthen my skills and expertise.
