My pricing is tailored to each client based on their goals, available time, and the type of program they choose. I offer flexible packages to fit different commitment levels, including: • Month-to-Month Coaching – Great for those looking to try things out with no long-term commitment. • 12-Week Transformation Program – Ideal for those serious about seeing real results in a short period. • 6-Month, 12-Month, and 18-Month Packages – Designed for long-term progress, accountability, and lifestyle changes. The longer the commitment, the lower the monthly rate. Since transformation is a process, I always recommend longer packages for the best results. Investing in yourself over time means better results, more consistency, and greater savings. Let’s find the right plan for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Process for Working with New Clients: I start with a free consultation to understand your goals, current fitness level, and any challenges you’ve faced in the past. From there, I create a customized training and nutrition plan designed to fit your lifestyle, whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve athletic performance. Once you start, I provide ongoing support, progress tracking, and adjustments to keep you on track. My approach focuses on making fitness fun, sustainable, and mindset-driven so you can achieve long-term success. Whether you’re training in person or online, I’m with you every step of the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently enrolled in the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), one of the top certification programs for personal trainers. Beyond formal education, my biggest qualification comes from real-world experience—both with my clients and my own personal journey. I know what it’s like to feel out of shape and struggle with motivation because I’ve been there myself. I transformed my own body and mindset, and now I help others do the same. I’ve successfully guided numerous clients through their own weight loss and strength-building journeys, proving that with the right approach, anyone can achieve lasting results. My coaching isn’t just about workouts—it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a lifestyle that leads to real transformations.
