Introduction: Transformations Fitness stands out because of my experience as a coach and student. I love learning about the fields of exercise physiology, anatomy, nutrition and human psychology. More importantly, I genuinely love to connect with people and work towards improving their lives in some way. This is what drives me to keep improving as a coach. I have a unique approach to fitness training that I've borrowed from various sources throughout my life (e.g., personal experience in collegiate athletics, a multitude of internships, B.S and M.S. in Exercise Science, working various research labs). In regards to nutrition, I can tell you several things right now so you can get an idea for my philosophy. I don't believe there are "bad" and "good" foods. The same concept can be applied to diets. My focus with coaching nutrition is to figure out what works for you, specifically. Do I believe that everyone needs to eat breakfast? Absolutely not. Should you really eat every 2-3 hours to "elevate metabolism"? Well, if it's impossible to eat all those meals while you're at work, then why set yourself up for failure? Give it a shot: you'll feel better, empowered, stronger, and fitter in a short matter of time. It's up to you to get it started!

Have been attending Tony's Transformations Fitness Group Metabolic classes for a few years now. LOVE the classes, the energy, the variety of routines he puts us through, the Email updates where he shares many health and fitness tips, as well as his genuine dedication to our success! He is very knowledgeable about health and fitness and is eager to share this information with his clients. Tony is a great trainer and all around good guy!

I've worked out with TF a few years ago and got into probably the best shape I've ever been. I was in an accident and wasn't able to continue, and the habit of eating healthy and exercising went to the wayside. The end of what turned out to be a bad relationship and wanting to get back to a healthier more active lifestyle is what brought me back. I knew I would get a quality program backed by someone who is highly educated and knowledgeable in his field of nutrition and exercise science. But someone who I feel gives you a personal touch and genuinely wants you to succeed.

QUALITY fitness service! If you're willing to put in the work, TF offers you the perfect "recipe" to motivate you to reach your fitness goals. Tony is not a drill sergeant... he has a calm way of encouraging you to go above what you think your limitations are. The group members are all very supportive, which creates a fun atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend the occasional challenges that are offered! After completing my first weigh-loss challenge, I was literally in the best shape of my life. I learned how to work out better, eat better and have a healthier lifestyle. What more could you ask for?

Tony is a very knowledgeable trainer, fitness and nutrition. He challenges you and pushes you to do things you never thought you could do! I learned a lot of new things all the time with Tony. He definitely practices what he preaches. He is also very accommodating to reschedule when I can't attend a workout session. The workouts aren't the same thing over and over. Typically it's specific workouts for 4-5 weeks but there's progression throughout the time you do it, then the workouts change. I like the idea that you can see the progression in the weights or reps/sets from what you first started off as. If you're looking to start working on your fitness or maybe you're already advanced and feel like you want a challenge...then I recommend Tony. He will without a doubt help you start your fitness journey if you're a beginner or give you that tough challenge, if you're more experienced!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The pricing is based on a number of different membership options available for you to choose depending on your goals and schedule. We offer a 3 and 12-month membership plans for 1-4 workouts/week. The longer, more frequent plans are the most discounted per session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a trial membership to start so we can each get a feel for working with one another. You can view my latest trial offerings right on my website.
