- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our resume packages range from $100 to $175, tailored to your experience level. This covers a LinkedIn profile review, updated master resume, and a targeted cover letter/resume for a chosen position. Additional fees may apply for extra services like interview prep, career coaching, or more tailored cover letters/resumes. Prices vary based on project complexity, estimated completion time, and ongoing service needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Customer Onboarding Process: 1. Introduction & Needs Assessment: Our initial discussion (typically a 15-minute phone call) focuses on understanding your needs and areas where I can assist you. We can also arrange a video call upon request. 2. Documentation & Agreement: After our conversation, I send over a Project Agreement for your review and digital signature. You can email me the necessary documents (current resume, desired position link, etc.) to kickstart the project. 3. Invoicing & Project Initiation: Upon receiving the signed agreement, we generate a preliminary invoice. Final payment is due on the agreed project completion date.
