- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on time and materials, billed in 15-minute increments. This ensures transparency and flexibility, allowing customers to pay only for the time and resources actually used on their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We lock in the time our Craftsmen will show up onsite. (Firm appointment time - No large windows of time like the cable company). If we say 8:30am, they will be there. You get a call from the Craftsmen the night before. You get a confirmation notification when we are headed to your home/business. You get a 1 year warranty on all work. We are licensed and bonded.
