Fast forward to today, I’m now certified in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition and Weight Loss Nutrition and I founded the S.H.E. movement to share my knowledge and empower women to be the best version of themselves! I have nothing negative to say, only positive notes! Teri makes it a point to check in each week to answer questions and see how things are going so far. However, she’s also only a text away which is great for on the fly questions that can’t wait. The workouts are comprehensive and can be scaled if need be. The nutrition portion is also very well thought out. If you want a great 10-week start that is something you can continue on with S.H.E. Fitness is worth a try! The gals in this group are also super supportive. Who needs negativity in their life?!

Teri is so kind. She teaches how to make nutrition a fee-sable lifestyle. She teaches you to have motivation but exercise grace. There is nothing she can't help you overcome. I would recommend her to any woman ready to take the next step, even if it is a small one.

Teri's material was easy to understand and follow without being complicated. The workouts were do-able and effective, both in video and workbook form. She held me accountable without being overly "coachy", was encouraging and motivating!
