Client Friendly Reports – Confusion leads to problems so I use the Carson Dunlop“Horizon” report writing software. It allows me to provide the client with an easy to understand report in hard copy and digital form. It combines a checklist style report with narrative features in a technology rich format for today’s tech savvy clients. See an example at my website.
On-Site Printing – How many Realtors or clients do you know that want to wait 12 or 24 (or more!) hours for their report? None! All of my inspections are printed on-site as well as emailed to you at the conclusion of the inspection.
Free Re-Inspections – Ongoing customer service is very important to all of us! Because of this, I offer free re-inspections for any issues disclosed in my report for a period of one year from the date of inspection. You can trust that I won’t finish the inspection and then disappear to leave you struggling with questions and concerns after I’m done.
