- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$300.00 = 1,000 to 1,500 SF $350.00 = 1,500 to 2,000 SF $400.00 = 2,000 to 2,500 SF $450.00 = 2,500 to 3,000 SF $500.00 = 3,500 to 4,000 SF ($50 increment for each additional 500 SF. A travel fee might apply for locations that are outside of the Des Moines Metro Area) )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My home inspection is a simple and smooth process. I am also flexible to answer with any questions. All it takes is one brief e-mail, a phone call, or quick text from my client with the basic information as far as the property to be inspected. My website is also designed for clients and real estate agents on-the-go. It is easy to navigate through and enables them for online scheduling based on whatever time slots are available.

-Certified Professional Inspector by InterNACHI; -Certified Radon Measurement Specialist by the Iowa Department of Public Health; -Advanced education in Construction Project Management; -Field-work experience within the residential construction area; -A.A.S. in Architectural & Mechanical Drafting and Design Technologies; -Over 10 years of military service.
