Julius is one of the most incredible trainers out there. His training is very functional and he keeps it interesting. Every day is different, and he really focuses on what will help each individual client. One thing that helps Julius stand out is his ability to build relationships with his clients. His positive attitude is contagious, as he makes sure everybody is having a good time when they are working out, even when it is exhausting and you feel that you are spent. I have never been able to push myself as hard as I did with Julius, and I can attribute that to his ability to get the best out of his clients.
We have just started but so far it is going really well and Jim is very sensitive to the dogs and my needs. Because I am handicapped he has made some adjustments that are very appropriate.
This gym was basically a home to me. It was the place where I felt most comfortable and at peace. I have only good things to say about this gym and the members. I had the most fun while we hit the weights hard. If anyone feels nervous to join a gym because they worry they can't do certain movements, then this gym is perfect for you. Ethon is great at knowing how to scale things down so that you can build up to any movement. And it is a high priority for people to stay injury free. I wish I could give more stars to rate my experience. Everyone should try out Alchemy Strength and Conditioning if you are in the Iowa City/ Coralville area.
