Prices can be adjusted based on financial status. Basic Online: Nutrition tips, daily workouts, 24/7 messaging: $25/wk Advanced Online: Nutrition tips, daily workouts, 24/7 messaging, Video Calls, and possible in-person training: $30-varies Primarily in-person @ private gym: $400/mo
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with getting to know your background and who you are and then move into your stats. Once we have this I'd like to hop on a call and get started discussing exactly what you want. I'd then have you download my app and we would get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years in the military as an aviation rescue swimmer. My job had a rigorous physical selection process which fortunately made me fall in love with fitness more than i already did. I have been in this industry lifting and coaching for about 7 years. I have competed in bodybuilding as well as powerlifting. I stand at 6'3 238 pounds. I deadlift 635, Squat 501, and Bench 405. I have trained mainly clients in the past with great results and love getting beginners but i am open to training the seasoned gymgoer as well! please feel free to reach out and join the Society!
