- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Personal training sessions includes a 50-60-minute customized workout based on the client’s individual health and fitness assessment. all sessions are led by me allowing for real time adjustments. *Meal plans include a daily meal plan, recommended supplements and grocery lists. Personalized meal prep is available for an additional charge. *Personal Training sessions can be pre-paid to receive a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A comprehensive health and wellness evaluation is completed during the first session. There is no charge for the initial session, however the initial session is not scheduled until the client has committed to a training package.
