When he tackles a job, the results are always 100% to your satisfaction. He believes in going the extra mile. I have heard reports of calling a repairman and either they don’t call back or if they do show up they are late with no notice to you that they will be late. Sometimes the job is not done to your satisfaction and when you try to get the repairman back he doesn’t respond. I can guarantee this will not happen with Michael.
