They took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly and answered all of my questions without hesitation.They showed up on time, were easy to work with, and treated our home with great respectwearing booties inside and cleaning up completely before they left. That level of care really stood out.What impressed me most was the customer service. Even after the install, when I had a question, the owner called me back within a minute to walk me through everything. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days.They also went above and beyond by fixing a small sink issue I mentioned while they were here, which was such a nice surprise. Once we finished the demolition process we found plumbing all along the drop down ceiling. I was wasn’t sure how and if we could raise the ceiling due to the plumbing. Shawn was able to reroute the plumbing and raise the ceiling and gave us exactly what we wanted. Shawn made it work. He had a vision and executed.
