The flooring had several rotted areas that Stepan was able to repair and keep on schedule. He was responsive to my questions and made suggestions to create a better result. Such as LVP in the adjacent area to the laundry area. We needed carpeting and LVP throughout the entire two-story unit. New baseboards too.
