Donald showed up at my house and proceeded to diagnose my printer. He looked at every possibility for a paper jam, but there was no paper stuck anywhere. Unfortunately he would have to take the printer to his shop for a tear-down to find any damaged paper sensors. And the estimate for repair wasn't too far from what I originally paid for the printer. I opted to not repair the printer and to buy a new one. Not being able to repair it, Donald refused to accept any payment and offered to help me choose/find a new printer.
