Introduction
Located in Boise Idaho. I am a 37 year old mother of two small children. I’ve always been an active person, in my youth I was a competitive gymnast after an injury and a few surgeries later I retired that dream.
After my first child I sought out a trainer and fell in love with lifting weights and feeling happy. During my second pregnancy I lifted the entire time and post baby. After a few months I decided I wanted a hard and fast goal and decided to train for a bodybuilding competition. my goal wasn’t to win, it was to show myself and others it Is possible to take control and accomplish your goals if you put in the work! Through this journey I learned a lot about myself, I learned this is what I wanted to do I want to empower people to take control of their goals to succeed no matter their past, or their obstacles. My first body building show I got my Pro card it was proof if I could do it anyone could! I can guide people through their journey no matter their goals.

Emily is amazing and knows what she is doing. By follow what she has set for me I have been able to lose 30lbs in 5 months. I have also gotten noticeably stronger! Best coach ever!

The only thing more impressive then the dedication she had to not only win her Pro card but then compete at a pro level after having two kids, is her dedication to her clients’s well being as a whole. She goes above and beyond to try to not only help them physically but also mentally. I have a lot of injuries prohibiting me from certain movements and she has not only listened to me and adjusted my programming but also independently researched new and different movements to help me continue to move towards my goals. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Coach!
