My daughter absolutely loves and looks forward to going to piano lessons every week. She has grown so much since she started taking them with J Samson. She loves that he makes the lessons fun and interesting and is excited to continue growing. I would recommend his services without hesitation to anyone!
Elisabeth was recommended by a friend, whose son took lessons from her. My daughter has been taking clarinet lessons from Elisabeth for 3 years now. We are very happy with her way of teaching. Her ability to motivate if needed is outstanding. We go year round with music lessons. Elisabeth is always willing to work around our summer schedule. Overall a fun, but very thorough teacher.
Andrea is very attentive to the student, and she is keen to recognize the student's level. She pushes the student in a kind way where she realizes that it's possible, but still leaves the student's confidence in tact. My daughter has taken a few lessons from Andrea, and she is an excellent teacher, and we look forward to continuing with her.
My son (10) has been taking guitar lessons for 2+ years from Dylan. Dylan is a great teacher who loves music! My son enjoys his lessons, but more importantly, he enjoys Dylan. Dylan's positive energy is amazing. He teaches, challenges, motivates, and has a great time. I want my children to have many positive experiences, but more importantly, I want them to be around quality, loving people. Dylan is a quality, loving person!
Doniell is great with my son! She knows how to push him and make piano fun! He loves it!
I needed to hire a substitute piano teacher to run my piano studio for a week. Scott Ring responded immediately and my students thoroughly enjoyed his expertise. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. I have also been to his Studio and he has the latest technology and is up-to-date on his teaching methods I highly recommend him as a teacher. I have also hired him to teach guitar in my studio once a week. Terri Ring Spokane Valley
Mary gives my 7 year old daughter (beginner) piano lessons. Rather than have one style she wants everyone to follow, she picks and chooses depending on need for the particular student. She teaches how to play with emphasis on good posture and position and encourages improvisation and song writing and playing by ear - that's not to say that sight reading is neglected, however. There is a nice balance. She's always very cheerful and patient, too.
We've been taking lessons from Tanya for 7 years. She is wonderful! Tanya finds unique ways of connecting with every student. She figures out what works best for each one. She is encouraging and challenging, no matter the individual's level. We love how she shares her passion for music with her students.
My son is thoroughly enjoying lessons and I appreciate that he is engaging my son on his own level rather than forcing a certain methodology
Sean responded quickly to the post for lessons. Very professional and helpful. Did great with my teen daughter who didn't want to be there in the first place (I just wanted her to try it). Personable, able to meet her at her level. Taught in her language (teen language) which was effective. Highly recommend Sean and want to come back with my son, who actually wants to learn.
Post Falls Music Academy is a wonderful place for music lessons. The teachers are enthusiastic, patient and make learning fun. Our son really enjoys lessons with his teacher.
Vera has such a wonderful piano teacher been such a wonderful piano teacher for both my daughter and myself. She is very patient and thorough.
I have three kids taking music lessons from Sam and we previously attended "Music Round." Sam is great with my kids. She really knows how to bring out the best in each one of them. She worked with my daughter who has some special needs to find just the right type of lesson, patiently trying a couple different instruments until we finally settled on voice lessons.
I pride myself in providing a fun, safe, and educational environment where students can excel, experiment and grow into a well round pianist! I teach my students music theory, sight reading, to read, write and at proficently. In addition to the method books that I use for lessons I have prizes, competitions, games, and various other fun activities that I add to lessons to help keep your student interested.
I have studied the Suzuki method and am currently attending school at Spokane Falls Community College. I am earning my associate of fine arts in music. I have taught piano lessons for 2 years, and I absolutely loved it! I need to find a way to earn some money and since this is something that I love, I am all for it! I will travel to you as long as I can do so on a bus route! Starting the second week of January, I will also be providing lessons at Music City on Tuesday/Thursday from 2-6 and on Friday from 4-6. I can read music well, and we start off in this method with teaching children to train their ears! We do not start reading music right away, but it will come!
According to Heinrich Heine, "where words leave off, music begins." I offer piano lessons for the beginner student new to music. We'll start at the very beginning and move forward at steady pace comfortable to each individual student. The students will focus on the skills and technique needed to play the style of music that interests them the most.
I have been teaching piano for over 40 years and have my BA. I am all about the hands-on approach and have a real knack for teaching people how to master the piano.
