I trained with Jesse in the 5:30am boot camp. It was great. I have had some illness and haven't been for a while but I plan to go back as soon as I can. He is a great person as well as a super instructor. Jesse is an all around instructor, from fitness to nutrition to caring about you as a person. An Outstanding person.
I have been working with Shane since February of 2014. He has helped me make major improvements in my health and fitness. My strength and stamina has increased remarkably. I have been attending Shane's Saturday boot camp since he started it and enjoy the fun, group workout very much. Shane's attitude and knowledge keeps me going. I enjoy the physical workouts greatly and he has been very flexible with schedules. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone.
When I first started with Chris it was because of a knee injury. He therapeutically worked with me until I was strong enough to move on to other things. I seriously never would of thought I could of achieved this level fitness at my age( 53) . Chris is an amazing trainer, I'm honestly can say I'm in better shape now than I was 15 years ago.Who would of thought I'd be doing boot camp with kettle bells at my age??? Really ? Well I am💪💪😤
First and foremost Mike is a very caring and honest individual. He wants the best results for you and he always puts 110% into everything he does. He eats and sleeps fitness, and his knowledge of how the human body works is just amazing. Sometimes it feels as if I'm talking to a doctor. I have been seeing Mike for over a year now, and I have lost over 60 pounds, lost over ten inches around the waist, and my strength increases a ton every month. It has been a great experience and a very fun one too. I still attend his boot camps and cant wait to reach my fitness goals. Mike has believed in me every step of the way, even when I have lost faith in myself he tells me "Danny you can do it, your half way done" or "I cant wait when you reach your ultimate fitness goal" I know he actually does too. Mike is also a great friend of mine and I am so thankful for that too. Anyways if looking for a good personal trainer, I know of an excellent one his name is Mike Masaitis. I guarantee you will be happy you gave him a call because I know I did.
I have learned how to improve my range of motion and use of food plans by Courtney Gaskill but due to her commitment to her new job as Fitness Training Manager, I have learned alot about myself through this process. In the last month, I have moved to Karl's team and I am continuing strength training until the end of my current contract.
Awesome place to work out at. JOhnny's provides the best personal training in Boise. Boot CAmps are awesome and Shana in Zumba dances your booty into shape. Can't wait for the new gym expansion.

Stefani is an amazing lady. She is patient, understanding and personable. Everyday I finish with her I feel I made a good amount of progress.
