I'm always impressed with how quickly she can tailor a workout specifically for what I need that day. She knows numerous ways to adapt an exercise to be effective as I progress. I have found Kevin's personal training to be very well-balanced and customized perfectly for my needs. Starting with the functional movement assessment, he built a regimen that augmented my natural strengths and then worked towards addressing my weaknesses. He prioritized having good form and was very perceptive of my abilities- finding a great balance between pushing me harder and taking a pause when needed. When I described my goal of becoming better at running, he adjusted the exercise program to further develop my core and legs. As a result, I observed myself making steady progress continually in both weight lifting and in my running as well. When I injured my ankle, he was quick to modify the training program to accommodate the injury as it healed. His additional training as a nutritionist provided really helpful ways to complement my exercise program. After working with a couple of other trainers, I have realized that Kevin brings a unique maturity and expertise to training. Overall, I recommend Kevin very highly.
Erica is amazing! I attended yoga through my whole pregnancy and she was knowledgable as to different safe variations of the moves that I could do. There are people of all shapes and sizes that attend and I never felt self conscious as I have in other studios. Wish I still lived in Redmond as I would go there every day!

I've been in Mike's bootcamp for almost a year now. I've lost weight and gained muscle and I made those improvements without following the diet plan he gave me. I'm positive I could be sportin a six pack and a bikini if I would follow his instructions perfect. Mike is incredibly talented. He can take a group of people and modify each excercise so that each person no matter their fitness level is performing a workout with the proper form. He is constantly going from person to person giving tips, motivation, ect. He had actually met with me a few times on his personal time to go over my diet. As a trainer he goes above and beyond his duty.
I've been working with Jason for over a month now and I'm already seeing results! Jason has been awesome at making a workout/nutrition plan that is specific for me and accommodates meals I have no control over due to my Job. When we work out Jason always pushes me to work harder in an encouraging way. Sometimes just having someone tell you that you can do it will get you through that next set. Jason is also wonderful at checking in with how my body is doing and is extremely knowledgeable about movement and prevention of injury. I have recommended him to my friends and would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a trainer who will truly take an interest in their health!
