Rob did an exceptional job on my sprinkler maintenance. Not only did he go through each station with me to see what needed to be adjusted, he also found a break in 1 of the sprinkler lines. He came out within 1 hour of contacting him, found the break on a substantial size property, dug the hole, chopped away at tree roots (the cause of the line break), fixed the line and then filled the hole back in. He was covered in mud and soaking wet by the time he was done, but at no time did he ever complain, just kept a smile on his face fixed all the issues surrounding my property. I recommend Rob to anyone, no matter how big or small the job may be. He's prompt, thorough and priced very reasonably. Thanks for the great job Rob!
Lonnie contacted me within minutes of the posting, came out the next day to quote the job, then built us three 6ft cedar fence gates & installed a new kitchen sink. All within a few short days. I didn't expect it to be done near as quickly! We'll be hiring Lonnie again later this spring for some landscaping projects. He is fair, honest, and friendly.
Armando was extremely professional and worked with my wife and I to ensure our home and deck was painted/stained in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. He did a great job and I highly recommend him for your next painting project.
Jim came and removed our old deck in what seemed like no time. He then built us an absolutely gorgeous new deck. His bid was quite reasonable, he was very nice and his work is excellent. The new deck came out better than we had expected. We will be calling him again for other projects. Thanks so much Jim!
Hired him for a duct cleanin gas it was the best price. Very nice guy however he showed up 40 minutes late. He still finished in the original time frame and he was respectful of my new floors.
Very hard working crew. No surprises with extra cost. Our new deck looks amazing.
Dan finished the project within one day of my request. My deck looks great! Dan offered great advice and saved me a ton of money! And such a nice guy! I won't hesitate to call him for other handyman projects.
Ran a little late, but called and confirmed new arrival time. He completed the light installation and was communicative and open to me requests.
Working with Marcus & Jade was such a pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone & EVERYone!! We started by speaking on the phone & he then came by, took a long time looking at all we wanted done & worked out a very reasonable & thorough quote. We had two projects done by them. First was a front porch roof. It came out so awesome that when we decided to paint the exterior of our home, we went with Cucci's as well. Again, he came out & worked out a very reasonable quote AND stood by it. He didn't charge us a penny more & it was quite a bit of work. The house hadn't been painted in decades & needed a LOT of prep work. They worked around inclement weather & were very pleasant about it. The house looks incredible & they were such pleasant people to have around. Seriously, folks, if you want a very personable master craftsman, Marcus & Cucci's should be your first choice!
Rex built us a beautiful deck in the back yard, quality work and always friendly. Very satisfied and will definitely hire him for future projects.
John built our balcony and remodeled our kitchen. We love the work he did and would hire him again without any reservations! Both John and his wife worked really hard to stay within our budget to create a beautiful outdoor space for our children and a kitchen that I love to cook in!
Mr. White did a bathroom update. I didn't know where to start or exactly what I wanted but Mr. White helped me throughout. The result? My little update is spectacular! I have motion sensors, a fan (no more steam when showering), and a lot of additions. I love my bathroom. Thank you Mr. White
Jayme, The son of a painter, did a beautiful job on my exterior trim, door, shutters and window frames! I had injured my shoulder and could not finish a job I had started. It was well worth it to me to pay him to do the job.I believe he did a better job than I could have done myself....& in less time. I have always done my own painting but plan to use him in the future for interior painting. Thank you, Jayme!
We had a very positive experience with Larry. He put in a great deck for us, and the following year we called him again for a kitchen remodel. He is very concientous and fair in his pricing. This was our first time house project so we didn't always know what questions to ask but Larry brought a lot of things to our attention so we could make better decisions.
Brian came to my house to give a bid to replace my existing wood slat fence. He gave me three different bids depending on the quality of the upright wood slats. I choose the middle bid with premium slats from Franklin Building Supply in Caldwell. Brian gave a list of materials to Franklin. I went to Franklin and paid them directly and had the material delivered directly to my house. I paid Brian an additional $500.00 check to purchase screws. Brian started the next week. The perimeter length was 327'. The bid was $7,100. He completed the work in 1 week. The posts were metal in cement with fir cross beams. The upright slats were premium Cedar 6' X 1" X 6". He replaced three gates in addition. The work area remained clean. I would rate his work as very good and would recommend him to others. There was excess material and Franklin came out and collected it and credited me with $720. The total bill was $7100 - $720 = $6380.
Jack came to me as a reference from a neighbor. We needed to reseal our granite and tile in kitchen and reseal our travertine in the master shower, walls and floors. Jack smoothed out the little knicks in the granite prior to resealing. Jack quoted us a fair price and came out in a timely manner and all of the work was done as promised. He is very true on price and services. We will use his services again.
In the early stages of selling my property Mark, a prior acquaintance I met at a social event, came to my house with a couple of investors interested in my property. An hour prior to their arrival I had discovered extensive snow and ice damage to my roof. It was in May and I had phoned other sources and was told most contractors were backed up for months due to the extensive roof damage throughout the Treasure Valley the record setting winter had bestowed on us. When Mark arrived I felt I was in between a rock and an oncoming train. Before Mark left my house he went on the roof and assessed the damage despite not being scheduled to do so. He started making phone calls right away and in a couple of days his roofers were on the roof doing a tear off of the old roof. OOOH NOOO! After the tear off we discovered additional damage, The roof was probably 60 years old and previous water damage made the project more than was planned to do a quick repair. WHAT I REALLY LIKED ABOUT MARK was that when he had to make a decision he ALWAYS talked to me first and we discussed the construction and costs prior to approval. He and his crew did a roof remodel that took some expert skill in carpentry and ingenuity. I would watch in awe how he put a steeper pitch on the existing roof and eliminated all the problem areas. After that Mark had his roofing crew come back in and install the new roof. I was so pleased with Mark that I ask him if he he had some one who could do the drywall on the ceiling where the previous roof had leaked. He had a crew over that day to give an estimate and they quickly got started and the ceiling looks just great. His painters came in and finished the job to my complete satisfaction. IF I HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN: I would hire Mark Adams "Build-It-USA".
I have known Nick's work for many years. Some he has done for me, some for other people/projects. Nick is an excellent finish carpenter. His trim work is impeccable, same for custom cabinetry. There is no job too big or small. He has built everything from homes to handicap ramps to animal enclosures. He doesn't cut corners and won't use anything but materials that will last and function well. For me personally, Nick has hung cabinets and doors in my home, done interior and exterior painting, deck repair and built a large storage shed. He was always on time and delivered what he promised. I have been very pleased to see that Nick has branched out into some very creative pieces for pets. The craftsmanship on his "Cat Condo" is incredible. I hope the concept takes off. If you want a job done right the first time, Nick's your guy.
