We had a GREAT time at our casino event. This was our first year and we couldn't have done it without the help of Casino Party Planners. They were the most helpful company we called when we were looking for table rentals. We ultimately rented from them because of their excellent assistance and customer service and we are so glad we did! we have been recommending them to everyone in our industry who might need a party rental place. They went way above and beyond our expectations and we will be using them for every casino night we throw and probably all our other events they can do as well. Thanks again Alan and the whole team over there!!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ALWAYS ask for three things: 1 - Ask the company to see the actual casino tables that you will be getting to use for your party. Ask them to bring the equipment to you so you can preview it personally. They should be more than willing to do this at no charge and at your convenience. After all, you are the customer. 2 - Ask to see a copy of the companies insurance certificate. Any reputable company should be able to provide you with a certificate of insurance. A lot of casino party companies do not carry sufficient insurance to cover the client's home or office in case they cause accidental damage. 3 - Ask to see the company guarantee AND refund policy in writing. Make sure you are comfortable with both of these issues before signing a contract. Most companies will NOT offer a refund for any reason. Some even put that statement in writing.
