With less that a two week notice, Cheryl rose to the challenge and delivered well beyond my expectations. I was planning a brunch for a group of 10 and was going to go with traditional brunch items but after speaking with Cheryl, I decided to go with a southern staple--shrimp and grits, assorted breakfast meats, mini quiches, and beignets. I found Cheryl to be personable, considerate, and a true culinary artist. The day of the brunch, Cheryl arrived early to prepare and set up. She was a consummate professional and her presentation was stellar. From her custom towels to the decorative linens/beads that were situated between the chafing dishes added a nice touch and enhanced the experience. Finally, the food was delicious. It was well seasoned, flavorful, and satisfying. I along with my guests were truly wowed by Cheryl. I look forward to utilizing her service again. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I maintain my annual certification(s). I take various cooking classes. I am self taught. I am looking into going to Culinary Arts School. Not only, do I keep up with current developments within the Food Industry, I stay in tuned with the business and/or financial updates pertaining to my business, so that it may flourish.
