What is CPR training?

What is a boot camp class?

Fitness is something I've thought about doing a lot for a long time, but I never took any action upon it until recently. Before meeting Raven, I had tons of misconceptions and misperceptions about fitness. I thought it was about killing yourself, living with pain/soreness everyday, and I honestly dreaded it and thought I would hate it, only pushing myself to hire a trainer because I was of the mindset that it was something I had to, not something I'd like to do. Not only is he meticulous about everything food and fitness on the physiological and psychological level, but he does an excellent job at elaborating and detailing why and how the body works, and why his methods are effective. And not to mention, he is very flexible. He does not force me to do anything I don't want to do, and truly values my input, especially given that I think of myself to be picky with food. I thought I would struggle to put on weight given that I've been skinny all my life, but after following his instructions to the letter for a month, not only have I grown, but I've grown far faster than expected, gaining almost 15 lbs! And not only that, but Raven also managed to make fitness, something I thought I'd hate, completely fun for me and something I look forward to doing under his guidance. He truly knows what he is doing, is excellent at keeping me calm while doing these exercises, is all about science, and plus, he is a great storyteller.
